ORDERING
Enquiries can be made and orders placed "on-line", by fax or by snail mail. Upon receipt of an enquiry we will confirm details with you and advise a fully inclusive price and delivery time. At present we do not accept credit cards as we are seeking to keep our costs as low as possible. Once the order has been made up an invoice will be issued and on receipt of your remittance the goods will be dispatched.
Subject to the time of year, time taken from ordering to delivery can vary. Please make sure you tell us the date of your presentation or the last acceptable delivery date, so we can schedule our work accordingly.
For larger orders where sufficient notice is given, discounts can be given. In the event of short notice orders we will try and meet your requirements, although any additional costs incurred will have to be passed on.

The prices quoted on this website include VAT at the standard rate of 17.5%. Should this rate vary then the prices will be adjusted accordingly.
Orders up to £15 £5.50 Orders up to £50 £8.50 Orders above £50 £12.50 Please note that engraving plates may be dispatched seperate to the trophies, with due regard always being made for your presentation date. Whilst we will always endeavour to supply the goods as ordered we reserve the right to substitute goods should this be necessary. In this event the replacement will always be to a similar or higher specification / cost, and the customer will be advised prior to delivery.
