Terms of sale THE PRICES QUOTED DO NOT INCLUDE VAT AT THE RATE OF 17.5%. Any change in the rate of VAT will be reflected in the invoiced costs. The prices chargeds for all but stock rosettes, are based on a minimum order of £25.00, excluding VAT, and allow for upto 6 changes of centre placings/wordings. For orders below £25.00 we reserve the right to levy a setting up charge of £3.50 which will be noted with the order confirmation. Payment terms Invoices will be addressed to the person placing the order unless other specific arrangements have been made. New clients will be asked for a 50% deposit with first order, balance due on delivery or within 7 days. Valued customers payment no later than 14 days after delivery.
All goods remain property of Bridge Rosettes until full payment has been recieved. Admin, Packing and carriage:
Short notice orders may require special next day delivery and this will incur additional charges
If goods are not recieved by 7 working days prior to your show, please contact us. PLEASE STATE THE EXACT DATE OF SHOW NOT ASAP
We are happy to accomodate short notice orders i.e. 14 days (where possible). We reserve the right to substitute ribbon colours if necessary should they be temporarily out of stock or discontinued. Should this be necessary, customer agreement will be sought. Rosettes are hand-made and thus descriptions, colours and sizes on this web site are not guaranteed and are only given as a guide to indicate apperance. (The same goes for images on this website as you can always find a flaw with a computer!) We are happy to provide samples.
